Recording aggregated donations

Aggregated donations can be posted as one donation record on Fund Filer’s aggregations page, accessible from the donations section of the system.

The page works much like the other donations pages on Fund Filer, with donation attributes on the left hand side. There is no section for choosing a donor, however HMRC does require a mandatory note explaining the aggregation. This should be no more than 35 characters long.

Aggregated donations appear separately towards the foot of the Gift Aid repayment claim preview.
