The system ‘hangs’, apparently not doing much, why is this?

This is likely to be due to uploading too many donors at once.

It’s possible to upload up to 100 donors at a time, but for a trouble-free experience, keep it to no more than 40. You can continue re-populating the ‘donors’ sheet until everything is uploaded. It’s not a lengthy process.
